Wrong Item DeliveredReport within 48 hours of delivery If you receive a piece that is not what you ordered — wrong design, wrong color, wrong size — we take full responsibility and will make it right immediately.

 Damaged Item ReceivedReport within 48 hours of delivery If your piece arrives with visible damage — tears, broken embellishment, or manufacturing defects — we will exchange it without question.
