CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Every order begins as a promise. We take that seriously — from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of placement. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
INEJ reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including inventory unavailability or system errors.

Paid Orders — Cancellations

Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, cancellations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances — such as an accidental duplicate order or an item ordered in error — and remain subject to review.

Important
Cancellation requests must be made using the same email address or contact number provided at checkout. This allows us to verify and process your request without delay.

Order Changes (Size, Color, Address)

Requests to change size, color, or delivery address are treated separately from cancellations and may be accommodated within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once dispatched, changes can no longer be made. We recommend confirming all details carefully at checkout.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Certain pieces, particularly those involving custom embellishment, are made to order. Once production has begun, these pieces cannot be cancelled or modified.
We will always confirm with you before production begins on any made-to-order piece.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives that does not carry the care it was made with, we want to know immediately.

To raise a claim, the following are required:

An unedited unboxing video, filmed continuously from the moment the sealed parcel is opened, clearly showing the packaging, the item, and any damage or fault. Claims without this video cannot be processed, as it is the only way we can verify the item's condition upon arrival.
Contact within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and the unboxing video attached.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Any signs of wear — including but not limited to fragrance, makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, or washing — will result in the claim being declined.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund to your original payment method — your choice. This applies only to genuine manufacturing faults or items that do not match your order, and is separate from our standard no-refund policy on change-of-mind cancellations.

Please note: INEJ reserves the right to decline a claim where the reported issue is inconsistent with the unboxing video, or where the item shows signs of use. This is not a reflection of mistrust — it is what allows us to stand fully behind every genuine claim, without hesitation.

Refund & Compensation Policy

For cancellations initiated by the customer (change of mind, duplicate order, order made in error), we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a store voucher equal to the paid amount will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable toward your next purchase at INEJ.
Where INEJ cancels an order — due to inventory unavailability, system error, or any circumstance not caused by you — a full refund will be issued via your original payment method, not as store credit.
Where an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect (per the terms above, including a valid unboxing video), a full refund, replacement, or repair will be provided — this is not treated as store credit.
For COD orders where a refund is due, payment will be issued via bank transfer once the claim is verified. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
